LVCVA: Editorial & Social Campaign
While at Bustle in 2019, I pitched, produced, wrote, and edited a comprehensive, travel-driven campaign for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, highlighting four different types of travelers journeying to Las Vegas to expand their horizons and break out of their travel comfort zones. I edited the custom photographed personal essays and Instagram story travel guides of four Bustle staffers (including myself), each exploring a different aspect of the city. My essay focused on finding my inner diva, while the other three respectively followed a wellness journey, a cultural adventure, and an anxious editor becoming an adrenaline junkie. Each was accompanied by a user-generated Instagram story hosted by the four respective writers. I also wrote and worked with our design team to create a custom animated article accompaniment to the campaign, which consolidated the many pieces of content into a cohesive, overarching narrative.
